Fee Quin Yee, 1932 - 2021

Fee Quin Yee passed away peacefully on April 16, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Mei J. Yee of Wakefield, his son Lester Yee and his wife Lily Kuo of Wakefield, daughter Jeanne MacNevin and her husband Stephen of Wakefield, and his 7 grandchildren, Kenneth Chu, Carolyn Chu, Preston Yee, Calvin Yee, Sydney Yee, Ryan MacNevin and Aidan MacNevin. He was predeceased by his daughter Linda Chu of East Brunswick, New Jersey. Fee is also survived by his siblings Quing Q. Yee, Diane S. Yee, and Robert Q. Yee.

Born in Taishan, China and came to the United States under a US Armed Services visa for families of US Veterans (his father Ark Sing Yee). In his early years in the US, Fee lived in Malden and Lowell, he earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from Lowell Technological Institute and worked at MIT as a research and design engineer for over 27 years. In retirement, he enjoyed traveling with his wife, working on home and garden projects, and spending time with his family.
