Ba X Huynh Obituary

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, loving and loyal friend, Ba Xuan Huynh, 84, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Monday, June 6, 2022 at Milton Hospital in Milton, MA.

Ba was born in Go Noi, Dien Ban, Quang Nam in Vietnam. After high school he enrolled in the National Institute of Public Administration and graduated in 1960. Upon graduation he enrolled in and graduated from the Thu Duc Military Academy, an Officer Training School of The Army of The Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam) and served as a Military Supplies officer in the 25th Infantry Division. After his time in the military, Ba served as an assistant of The Province Chief of Gia Dinh until the fall of Saigon in 1975 when he was imprisoned by the Vietnamese Communists for six years.

Ba then settled in the Unites States in 1988 living in Quincy until his passing.

He will be lovingly missed and remembered by wife of 54 years Van Thanh Ngo, his three sons and daughters in law Quang (Mai), Vinh (Nga) and Thao (Emmy) along with his five grandchildren Olivia, Max, Lucas, Aaron and Lila. Ba is also survived by his siblings both in the US and in Vietnam along with many cousins, nephews and nieces.

He was a kind, honest, intelligent, and compassionate man who treasured his family more than himself enjoying family vacations on the beach.

Loved and respected by his family, colleagues and friends, he left a lasting legacy of his integrity, genuineness and generosity.

In lieu of flowers or a donation to a particular organization, please gift a friend, neighbor, coworker, or a complete stranger with some small, unexpected, and unsolicited act of kindness in Ba’s memory.
