Wei Ming was born in Canton, China and came to the US in the early 60’s.

She will be remembered for her warmth, generosity and the joy she brought to everyone she met. 

She loved cooking for family and friends and tending to her garden. She enjoyed gathering with her friends to play Mah Jong and having dinners together. She was an excellent cook especially for her famous recipes, like her special homemade soy sauce chicken and wonton dumplings.

She is predeceased by her husband, Bing Jew Eng, her parents, Sau Hing Lee & Lee Wing Shung, and her sister, Theresa So and husband, Ken So.

She is survived by her children, Lisa Eng-Zerko and her husband, Edward Zerko, her daughter, Lenora Kelly Eng, and her son, Vincent Eng, his wife Christine Eng and her grandsons, Anthony and Alan Eng. 

Wei’s family would like to thank those who cared for her in final months. She will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts.
