Bonnie’s obituary After a courageous battle with colon cancer, Bonnie Leung Ming Look (陸劉亮明) of Braintree, MA passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones, at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA on February 15, 2020. Bonnie will be forever remembered by her husband and best friend Christopher, and their beautiful children Caitlin, Chloe and Braden. Bonnie was born on November 20, 1974 in Hong Kong. After graduating from high school, she decided to pursue her education in the United States, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. Upon graduation from Suffolk, Bonnie began an internship at a nonprofit company in the South End, and later on joined a local company, Inflexxion for 2 years. In 2005, Bonnie took up an opportunity at a Cambridge based company Biogen, where she spent the past 14 years. Bonnie met the love of her life, Christopher in 2000; and seven years later they got married. They made their home in Abington, where they welcomed their children, before moving into their Braintree home in 2018. Bonnie was a devoted daughter, a loving wife, a dedicated mother, and the most caring, supportive friend one could ever ask for. Her love of life and people led to wonderful relationships throughout her time on earth.
Bonnie was a lover of food, music and karaoke, and she enjoyed vacations with her family. She had the most infectious smile that would light up any room. She was brave, positive and ambitious. She had the perseverance to tackle any challenges she faced throughout her journey in life. She always said that she had to work hard to earn all the good things that she was blessed with in life. Her courage and resilience, even in the most difficult circumstances is truly an inspiration for all. All friends and relatives of Bonnie are invited to join the family to pay their respects.
