Wai Jing (Woo) Yee and the years 1928-2020.

Wai Jing (Woo) Yee, of Brookline Massachusetts, entered into eternal rest May 9, 2020 at the age of 91. She was born in Kaiping, Guangdong Province, China. She became a naturalized citizen of the United States.

She was the beloved mother of twelve children, doting grandmother of eleven grandchildren, and cherished great grandmother of three great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her devoted husband Fook Jing Yee, beloved daughter Doris Mai Kuen Gee, son-in-law Bill Shew Ming Gee, and granddaughter Bonnie Gee. Also predeceased by her two loving sisters, Woo Qi Shun and Woo Qi Juan.

She is survived by sons Peter (Sou Keng), David (Cindy), Roger, Samuel, Shum, Eric (Victoria), and Einstein (Anna); daughters Linda Tom (Chung Kee), Joanna Yee (David), Lydia Lum (Gene), and Gabrielle Chung (Robert). She is also survived by ten cherished grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Also survived by her two loving brothers, Woo Wing Chor and Woo Wing Kowng.

Mrs. Yee, adored by all who knew her, was hardworking and full of vitality, a woman whose many talents included cooking splendid meals, sewing, and giving thoughtful advice to family and friends alike. She was a devoted and caring person who always put her family and friends before herself. She enjoyed traveling and dining out with family and friends.

We will dearly miss our treasured Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. May you forever rest in peace, knowing you will always be loved and remembered.
