Obituary of Lily Hu

Lily Hu, 47, of Quincy, MA passed away peacefully on October 19th, 2021 Lily was born in Taishan, China on December 16, 1975, lunar calendar to Cheuk Ting Chan and Qin Xiu Zhu. Lily grew up in Guam before immigrating to Revere, MA then Quincy. Lily worked at BOC International in Boston for over 19 years and was a dedicated part of their team. During her tenure, she built many great friendships and was known as a very kind, loving, caring, and amazing person to work with. Lily is survived by her husband Rong Chang Hu, daughter Caitlyn and son Matthew; mother Qin Xiu Zhu, father Cheuk Ting Chan, eldest sister Jinny Chen, eldest brother Tommy Chen, sister in law Ellie, second brother Jackie Chen, sister in law Kerry, and youngest sister Arleen Chen and brother in law Billy Lai. She'll be remembered by her nephews Kevin, Anson, Colin, and nieces Liana, Selena, Elise, and Hailey as the best and sweetest auntie. Lily was known to always have a smile on her face no matter what challenge she's going through. She was a dedicated mother who loved to find new recipes to cook for her kids, spending time and vacationing with her family. She will always be remembered for her sweet nature, kind heart, and generosity to whoever needs help.
