I was so saddened to learn of Kathy's passing, and I send my heartfelt condolences to your entire family and her loved ones. Dear Yao Family,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beautiful daughter. I work at Safety Insurance with her but in a different department. I talked with her on a few occasions she was so nice to me and very helpful. Even though she was a very quiet person it is a very large loss to Safety Insurance as she was well liked. To young to have left this earth.

In these somber moments, my thoughts are with the family, carrying the weight of sorrow in their hearts. I wish them comfort and strength during this difficult time.
I can tell you from the first day I met Kathy we formed a special bond. Kathy was a friend you can count on. She radiated a zest for life and an unquenchable thirst for adventure. While I was living on the East Coast, Kathy and I practically did everything together. The memories of our shared adventures will always hold a special place in my heart.
As we remember her life, let's hold onto the warmth of her friendship and the limitless love for life she embodied.
May your next adventure be as beautiful as the life you graced us with. My heart aches with a heavy sadness and I will miss you dearly. RIP KY❤️ TLe

Dear Yao Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. There were no words to describe the shock as I learned about her passing. Kathy was my first best friend from Kindergarten. We shared so many wonderful memories growing up together, despite attending different schools as we became teenagers. I wish we kept more in closer contact as adults. I am sorry that I could not be present at her funeral, as my family and I are out of the country right now. Please know that you are all in my thoughts. I will miss Kathy, and hope she is resting peacefully.
